Amy Cantor is internationally recognized as a leader in evidence-based medicine and research methodology.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Cantor has:

  • Conducted systematic reviews for federal and state agencies, professional associations, and private foundations.

  • Served on influential national committees to guide research and policy around maternal/child health, women’s preventive services, and reproductive health topics.

  • Served as Medical Director of the Health Evidence Review Commission, Oregon Health Authority.

Her research provides clinicians, patients, and policymakers with broad and in-depth assessments of interventions and screening practices to inform clinical decision-making, patient care, and policy.
